Return Policy

To return or exchange an item following the below policy, and please email info@calderacoffeeroasters.com for further instruction. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

APPAREL AND DRINKWARE

If your apparel doesn’t fit or you didn’t mean to order that still-too-cool tumbler, we want to make it right.

  • 15 day limit for in-store credit
  • 15 day limit for exchange
  • NO REFUNDS

GEAR

  • 30 day limit for in-store credit
  • 30 day limit for exchange
  • 30 day limit for cash refund (refunded to payment method originally used to make purchase)

THE BREW

  • 15 day limit for exchange only (for another bag of coffee only)
  • COFFEE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED IF OPENED
  • NO REFUND AND NO IN-STORE CREDIT
  • This is largely due to the perishable nature of the coffee.
  • Once the returned item has been received, we’ll be sure to contact you by email.
